3 Days Sipi Falls Tour

This first day of your trip starts with a drive to Mbale Town. You will have your first stopover at Ssezibwa Falls, and enjoy the culture and history behind the formation of this river. Proceed with the drive to Jinja Uganda’s adventure Capital for a boat ride to the Source of the Nile and your lunch break. After Lunch, you will continue with the drive to Sipi Falls enjoying the beauty of Mountain Elgon. Check in at your lodge in the evening for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

After an early breakfast, made with local ingredients like the coffee grown around the Mount Elgon area, get ready to explore the thunderous falling beauty of the Sipi Falls. It is a set of 3 falls, surrounded by caves. Look out for lots of birds to discover as you climb to the top of the falls. The views are breathtaking; the hike will take about 2.5 hours or longer and make for a great afternoon. Be sure to explore the caves behind the falls.

After breakfast, get ready for a coffee tour of the local community on the outskirts of Sipi Falls. Learn about the coffee production process, from planting, harvesting, and processing. Sample some locally brewed coffee, Share with the friendly natives, and get to know their way of life. Visit a nearby village and involve yourself in the local culture and traditions. After an awesome experience, drive to Mbale City for Lunch and later proceed with your journey to Kampala / Entebbe to End the Safari.
