Overview
This 3 days Safari will take you to Queen Elizabeth National Park one of Uganda’s famous parks covering an area of 1,978 sq. km, in the Western countryside approximately 376 km from Kampala with beautiful sceneries and home to various animals like lions, leopards, high concentration of hippos along the Kazinga Channel and herds of Elephants.

Day 2: Morning Game drive and afternoon Boat Ride
Day 3: Departure to Kampala
After an early breakfast, you will be picked up by our guide at 7:30 am who will brief you and you embark on your journey to Queen Elizabeth. Along the way, you will have a few stopovers at the equator for photographs, and in Mbarara town at Agip motel/ Igongo Cultural Center for lunch and later proceed through the spectacular landscape green hills covered with large tea plantations, the Rift Valley Escarpment, various woodlands and beautiful sceneries of Small craters along the way. Reach the Park in the late afternoon and have a game drive as you drive to your lodge for an evening stay.

Following an early breakfast, jump on your safari car to embark on a game drive on different trucks in the Kasenyi Plains. Here you will have a chance to see various animals like elephants, water bucks, Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, lions, leopards, warthogs, and several birds. After the drive, return to the lodge for lunch as you prepare for the boat ride in the afternoon.
In the afternoon, you will take pleasure in cruising on a 2 hours boat ride along the Kazinga channel connecting Lake George and Lake Edward. During this boat ride, you will be able to see a good number of animals like Hippos, buffaloes, crocodiles, warthogs, elephants, kobs, and many more. Besides the large animals is a collection of birds that are permanent residents of the channel like the pink-backed pelicans, Pied and malachite kingfishers, and many species along the banks and in trees. Have Dinner and Overnight.

After your lovely stay at Queen Elizabeth National Park, You will check out of the lodge, and opt to have a primate walk a twin lakes walk, or Go Chimpanzee trekking in the Kyambura gorge before embarking on your return journey to Kampala, a stopover at Mpambire Drum Centre where you will see how drums are made by the locals, a lunch stop at the Equator in Kayabwe and Buying some Soveignirs and proceed to Kampala /Entebbe to end the safari.
