Terms and Conditions:

Gorilla and Chimpanzee Tours
Any reservation for gorilla and Chimpanzee safari is accepted after depositing fully 800usd and 250usd
respectively per person per tour. And an initial 30% of the whole tour cost. The remaining balance can
be cleared 6 weeks before the trip, however, in some cases 10% of the total tour cost can be cleared on
arrival. Reservations made 60 days before the trip are subject to Full payment.
Provide Initial Information.
To make the booking easier and smooth, you are requested to avail some essential information like the
intended days of the tour, date of Arrival, departure date, the number of people intending to do the
tour, their ages, Marital status, gender, and preferred accommodation type.
Payments:
50% of the total cost is required to confirm interest in a safari and proceed with the reservations and
bookings.
All prices available are quoted in US Dollars. NOTE: All quoted prices do not include surcharges which
are levied on international Transactions. (Banks, Visa credit cards, online payment modes like Pesapal).
CANCELLATION:
All cancelations must be made by writing to Pakasa Tours and Safaris (email). This shall be considered
from the date when you contacted us.
Refunds on prepaid money will depend on the cancelation policies and fees charged by facilities like
lodges, banks, and hotels. And UWA in case of the gorilla and Chimpanzee permits.
A 50% refund will be made on cancelations within 14-42 days before the stated safari days.
A 70% refund will be made on cancelations within 7-20 days.
There is no refund will be made when a cancelation is made within 6 Days or less of the agreed trip days.
Kindly note: We do not make refunds for an injury sustained, delays, or damage incurred directly at the
booked facility or service provider.
